  • Choose 2 proteins:
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 ounce low-fat cheese
  • 1/4 cup yogurt dip
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • Choose 2 carbohydrates:
  • 1/2 whole-grain flatbread
  • 8–12 whole-grain crackers
  • 1/2 small apple or pear
  • 1 clementine
  • 5–7 grapes
  • 1/4–1/2 cup berries
  • 4–5 chips
  • Choose 2 vegetables:
  • 5–6 tomatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 4–5 celery pieces
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 5–6 pepper strips
  • 4–5 cucumber pieces
  • 4–5 broccoli florets
