Peanut Powder Salad Dressing
Powdered peanut, soy, sesame, and a small measure of chile make a quick savory dressing or dip. Mara notes that two tablespoons can still carry a proper argument.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Szechuan chile sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown-sugar sweetener blend
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and free of dry pockets.

Add water 1 teaspoon at a time if a thinner dressing is desired.
