Sweet Potato Protein Purée

Sweet potato, Greek yogurt, broth, and savory protein powder blend into a smooth, warmly spiced purée. Mara checks the powder label first; mystery scoops are poor kitchen policy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup baked sweet potato flesh, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 fluid ounces warm low-sodium chicken broth, plus more as needed
  • 1/4 scoop unflavored or chicken-soup protein powder approved by your care team
  • Pinch of garlic powder, cumin, or mild curry powder, optional

Directions

    Whisk the protein powder into the warm broth until no dry pockets remain.

    Add the broth mixture, sweet potato, and Greek yogurt to a food processor or small blender.

    Process until completely smooth, stopping to scrape the bowl.

    Add more warm broth 1 teaspoon at a time until the purée matches your approved texture.
