Bramble’s Cottage-Herb Ranch
Cottage Cheese Ranch Dressing
Cottage cheese, lemon, garlic, and dried herbs blend into a thick ranch with useful protein and no seasoning packet. Bramble recommends tasting before inviting the salt cellar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup lower-sodium 2% cottage cheese
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 to 3 tablespoons water, as needed
Directions

Add every ingredient except the water to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape the bowl.

Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the ranch is thick for dipping or thin enough to pour.

Cover and chill for 30 minutes so the herbs can soften. Stir before serving and refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
