Bramble’s Night-Watch Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate Greek-Yogurt Chia Pudding
Greek yogurt, cocoa protein powder, and fully softened chia make a small chocolate pudding. Bramble prepares it before watch; dry chia is not invited to finish expanding after supper.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder approved by your care team
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk or skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Directions

Blend the yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, and optional vanilla until evenly combined.

Spoon into a small covered container.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, until the chia is completely hydrated and the pudding is thick.

Stir well before serving. Do not eat dry or incompletely hydrated chia seeds.
