Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder approved by your care team
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened low-fat milk or care-team-approved liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • 5 ice cubes, optional

Directions

    Add the approved liquid, yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon, and optional vanilla to a blender.
