Decaf Mocha Protein Shake

Chocolate and chilled decaf coffee make a calm little mocha. It is only suitable when your program has approved coffee as well as the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder approved by your care team
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened low-fat milk or care-team-approved liquid
  • 1/4 cup brewed decaffeinated coffee, chilled and approved
  • 5 ice cubes, optional

Directions

    Add the approved liquid, chilled decaffeinated coffee, yogurt, and protein powder to a blender.

    Blend until completely smooth.

  3. 3

    Add the ice, if permitted, and blend again.

  4. 4

    Divide into two small servings and follow your care team’s pace and volume guidance. Refrigerate the second serving promptly.
