Peach Ginger Protein Smoothie

Peach keeps this little wayfarer mellow while a very small amount of ginger adds warmth. Fruit and ginger tolerance vary, so begin only with care-team approval.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder approved by your care team
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
  • 1 cup unsweetened low-fat milk or care-team-approved liquid
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, optional and only when tolerated

Directions

    Add the approved liquid, yogurt, protein powder, peaches, and optional ginger to a blender.
