Dark cherries turn Mara’s cocoa draught into a small dessert-like smoothie without syrup or whipped cream. Cherry skins, fruit sugar, and cocoa may not suit every plan; ask before adding it.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder approved by your care team
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened pitted dark cherries
  • 1 cup unsweetened low-fat milk or care-team-approved liquid
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
