Selvi’s Greenmarket Ranch Dip

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Selvi’s cool ranch dip turns Greek yogurt, lemon, and pantry herbs into a small protein-bearing shareable. For a purée-stage texture, blend until completely smooth and strain out every herb or spice particle if your plan requires it.
