Caspian’s Immaculate Cocoa-Peanut Dip
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Dip
Caspian Vell agreed to contribute exactly one recipe after being assured the food processor could be thoroughly sanitized. He insists the spiral on top is not optional, although it plainly is. Be mindful of peanut allergies and added sweetness.

Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup, optional
- 3 cups fresh strawberries
Directions

Put the cottage cheese, cocoa, peanut butter, and optional agave in a food processor.

Process for about 5 seconds, until smooth and creamy without becoming runny.

Divide into eight servings and offer each with about 1/3 cup strawberries. Refrigerate the dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
