  • 1 cup (220 g) Good Culture 2% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 package (1 ounce/28 g) Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup (74 g) blueberries, finely chopped or lightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup (72 g) Cool Whip Zero Sugar whipped topping, thawed
