Peanut Butter Chocolate-Chip Protein Cookie Dough
A flourless, egg-free spoonful with peanut butter flavor and a few miniature chips. This is a dense Regular Foods / after recovery dessert; use it only when your care team has cleared dairy, peanuts, protein powder, chocolate, and the selected sweeteners.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (about 226 g) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 scoop (about 30 g) vanilla protein powder approved by your care team
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple-style syrup, or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons mini sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions

Blend the cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the powdered peanut butter and protein powder until no dry pockets remain; add 1 teaspoon of water only if the mixture is too stiff to stir.

Fold in the mini chips and divide evenly among six small covered cups.

Chill for at least 30 minutes so the mixture becomes scoopable.
