Asian Pork Tenderloin
Soy, lemon, Worcestershire, and brown sugar give this slow-cooked pork a savory-sweet glaze. Bramble recommends slicing it before Pip decides the tenderloin is communal property.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 4 garlic cloves or prepared minced
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin

Stir together ingredients together in freezer-safe bag. Arrange tenderloin in freezer bag and rub marinade on pork.

Next, refrigerate overnight or place in freezer for future use. Next, bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees OR prepare in slow cooker on low for 4 to 6 hours.
